- Follow-up from Upstate Lift Trucks regarding your request
- Contact from matched independent local service providers
- Quotes, availability updates, or scheduling information
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per inquiry combined from Upstate Lift Trucks and participating providers. You will not be enrolled in any recurring marketing SMS program without separate explicit consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS.
8. Third-Party Provider Texting
When your request is matched with a provider, that provider may contact you directly via their own systems. Upstate Lift Trucks is not responsible for their communications. Opt out from a specific provider by contacting them directly.
9. TCPA Compliance
Upstate Lift Trucks complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We obtain express written consent before sending automated messages. Consent is documented at form submission including date, time, and consent language presented.
10. No Purchase Required
SMS consent is never required as a condition of our lead matching service, a quote, or any purchase from a participating provider.
